Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for whatever reason within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, minus postage and packing charges.

Goods must be in their original condition and the sender is responsible for the postage and packaging cost of returning them.

Please email info@chineway.co.uk in advance of making a return.

In the event that goods are received in a damaged condition, they will be replaced and additional postage will not be charged.
